The International Hindi Conference 2015 will take place on April 3rd Friday through April 5th Saturday at:

Note: For Hyatt guests, a shuttle will be provided from the hotel to the Venue on Saturday and Sunday. Please check with the Hotel Staff for more info. There may also be a special Conference Table with info. Look for it in the Lobby.
Breakfast on April 4th and 5th will be at Rutgers College Avenue Student Center at 8:30 am. Please arrive by 8:15am.

PARKING INFORMATION
Special event parking and special event permits are only for visitors to the University which does not include free metered parking. Faculty, Staff, and Students must park only in lots they are authorized to park in.

Where to Park
Faculty, Staff, and Students must park only in lots they are authorized to park in (within their permit assignments). Parking Lots accessible to Visitors of the University (no parking permit required)
- Lots 26 and 30 (located behind the Rutgers Student Center)
- College Ave Deck (located at 622 George Street).
Please note: Enter deck from the George Street entrance; the College Avenue entrance (adjacent to Brower Commons) is permanently closed.

Rutgers Student Center: If driving north on College Avenue, make a left on Bartlett and a right into lot #26 or a right onto Senior Street and a right into lot #30. Alternately, if you pass the Rutgers Student Center, make the first left onto Senior Street, the next left onto Sicard Street, and a left into lot #30.
(Deliveries/Representatives) - Park your vehicle and use the back entrance at the top of the steps or the front building entrance at ground level. If you come through the front doors and are carrying materials, take the elevator to Level 2. The registration tables are in the main corridor. Come early -- parking is at a premium.)

Take NJ Turnpike to EXIT 9 (New Brunswick)
Follow signs for ROUTE 18 (NORTH)
Route 18 (NORTH) to ROUTE 1 (SOUTH)
Route 1 (SOUTH) to THIRD EXIT (COLLEGE FARM ROAD)
End of exit ramp make RIGHT onto COLLEGE FARM ROAD
Follow COLLEGE FARM ROAD through the farm community to 4-Way Stop Sign
Make LEFT onto Dudley Road
Follow Dudley Road to end and make RIGHT onto NICHOL AVE
Pass 2 sets of green houses and make next RIGHT onto LIPMAN DRIVE (one-way
street)

Follow path at end of parking deck to left (opposite end you drove in)

FROM GARDEN STATE PARKWAY (NORTH OR SOUTH)
From SOUTH on the Garden State Parkway take EXIT 129 (NJ TURNPIKE - SOUTH)
Once on the NJ TURNPIKE SOUTH, follow directions above starting with # 1
From NORTH on the Garden State Parkway take EXIT 130 (ROUTE 1 - SOUTH)
Stay on ROUTE 1 - SOUTH over the Raritan River, PAST the exit for Route 18 (New Brunswick)
Take the THIRD EXIT after the exit for Route 18-New Brunswick (COLLEGE FARM ROAD)
Once on COLLEGE FARM ROAD, follow the directions above starting with # 5
FROM ROUTE 287 (FROM NORTH JERSEY)
Take ROUTE 287 SOUTH to EXIT 9
End of EXIT 9 make a right onto RIVER ROAD
Follow RIVER ROAD to intersection of ROUTE 18
At intersection of ROUTE 18 make right onto ROUTE 18 SOUTH
Follow ROUTE 18 SOUTH to the EXIT FOR ROUTE 1 SOUTH
Once on ROUTE 1 SOUTH, follow the direction above starting with #4
FROM ROUTE 1 (FROM SOUTH JERSEY)
Take ROUTE 1 NORTH, passing the intersection of ROUTE 130
Take the exit for DEVRY INSTITUTE
Stay towards left heading toward traffic light (DO NOT ENTER DEVRY LOT)
Turn LEFT at light under bridge and then turn RIGHT for SQUIBB DRIVE & COLLEGE FARM RD
Pass the entrance for SQUIBB and proceed to end of road
At the end of the road, make a left onto COLLEGE FARM ROAD

FROM THE NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE (NORTH OR SOUTH)
Take Exit 9 and bear right out of the toll booth. Follow signs for "Route 18 North - New Brunswick."
Merge left onto Route 18 North, then go straight at the light (Paulus Blvd.). Rt. 18 will soon split: the left lanes say "18 North - Piscataway" and the right lanes say "New Brunswick Exits." EITHER fork will take you to the following exit. Take the exit for "George St. - College Ave. Campus."
Turn left onto George Street.
Make the first right onto Seminary Place.
At the stop sign turn right onto College Avenue.
The Rutgers Student Center is on the fourth block on the left.
Parking is located behind the building. Make a left on Bartlett and a right into lot #26 or a right onto Senior Street and a right into lot #30. If you pass the Rutgers Student Center, make the first left onto Senior Street, the next left onto Sicard Street, and a left into lot #30.
Additional parking: from College Avenue, proceed past the Rutgers Student Center and Brower Commons and turn right onto Huntington Street. Turn right onto George Street and make an immediate right into the parking deck.
FROM GARDEN STATE PARKWAY (NORTH OR SOUTH) Southbound - Coming from northern New Jersey
Take Exit 129 for the NJ Turnpike and head south.
Follow directions to campus from Route 18 North, below.
Northbound - Coming from southern New Jersey
Take Exit 105 and follow signs for Route 18 North.
After approx. 24 miles, pass the entrance for the NJ Turnpike and continue on Route 18 North.
Expect volume delays on Route 18 in East Brunswick and New Brunswick.

FROM ROUTE 1
Turn off at "Route 18 North - New Brunswick."
Follow directions from the NJ Turnpike.
FROM ROUTE 287
Take Exit 10 for "527/Easton Ave./So. Bound Brook/New Brunswick."
Bear right onto Route 527 (Easton Avenue) for about 4 miles.
Across from St. Peter's Medical Center, turn left onto Senior Street.
To access the parking lots behind the Rutgers Student Center, make the second right onto Sicard Street and a left into lot #30 or proceed past it, make a left on Bartlett St and a left into lot #26.
If dropping someone off at the Rutgers Student Center, make the third right off Senior Street onto College Avenue and the building will be on your right.
To enter the parking deck, proceed down Senior Street and cross College Avenue.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
(Within New Brunswick)
Ride the campus bus
The “New BrunsQuik” Shuttle (minibus) runs every 10 minutes between the New Brunswick train station and the Rutgers Student Center. If riding the Shuttle, please exit the minibus at the College Avenue Gym/Rutgers Student Center bus stop.
(Out of Town)
Take a NJ Transit train (Northeast Corridor line) to New Brunswick. (http://www.njtransit.com)
Exit the train station at the southern end onto Easton Avenue and turn right.
Proceed to the light and turn right onto Somerset Street.
Go one block and turn left onto College Avenue.
The Rutgers Student Center is on the fifth block on your left.
Walking time is approximately 15 minutes (taxis available - inquire in the train station).
