क़ुतुब मीनार भारत के दिल्ली शहर में है। दिल्ली शहर भारत के उत्तर में है। मीनार का मतलब होता है – ऊंची इमारत। यह लगभग 73 मीटर ऊंची इमारत है। यह ईंट से बनी दुनिया की सबसे ऊंची मीनार है। इसमें पाँच मंज़िलें हैं। यह मीनार लाल बलुआ पत्थर से बनी है। इसकी चौथी मंज़िल सफ़ेद संगमरमर से भी बनी है।  क्या आप चित्र में क़ुतुब मीनार की मंज़िलें गिन सकते हैं? चलिये साथ में गिनते हैं – एक, दो, तीन, चार, पाँच। क़ुतुब मीनार के अंदर बहुत सारी सीढ़ियाँ हैं। मीनार के बगल में एक मस्जिद है। इसको  युनेस्को (UNESCO) का विश्व धरोहर स्थल  (world heritage site) मानते हैं। क़ुतुब मीनार को कुतुबुद्दीन ऐबक ने बनवाना शुरू किया था। इसलिए इसका नाम क़ुतुब मीनार है। क्या आपने क़ुतुब मीनार जैसी ऊँची इमारत अमेरिका में देखी है? क्या आपने कभी वॉशिंग्टन मौन्युमेंट देखा है? आप गूगल करके भी देख सकते हैं।

Complete the following activity:

2. Choose the correct sentences:
